I LOVE THIS SERVICE.I WAS SCEPTICAL TO MAKE A CHANGE BUT I AM SO HAPPY I DID. IT IS SO CONVENIENT HAVING MY LAUNDRY PICKED UP AT WORK AND DROPPED OFF. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY HAVE DONE. I USE THIS SERVICE NOT ONLY FOR LAUNDRY BUT ALSO SHOE REPAIR AND HAVE YET TO BE DISAPPOINTED. ANOTHER COMFORTING FACTOR WAS HOW FRIENDLY MIKE AND EMILIO ARE. These guys are good. My Wife had a sudden business trip arise, and the dry cleaning had just been picked up the day before. And she needed her suits by 9am the next morning. Mike & Emilio really bailed us out. It only took an email and I quickly had a response that we would have the order by 5pm--that day. Not only was it early, but they hung it nicely in the garage while I played catch in the back yard with my Son. I never saw them-- just the freshly cleaned garments. Nicely done!!

My nephew recently graduated from college and got his first real job. For his graduation present I take care of his dry cleaning. He drops his clothes off Tues morning and picks them up Thursday. He really likes the gift.

My normal pickup and drop off is Tues/Thurs. I came home from one business trip Thurs afternoon and was leaving for another trip Sunday night. I emailed Mike and Emilio and they picked up my clothes Thursday night and returned them Friday. These guys are great.
